The Elder Law Practice Group has developed a specialty in the area of Guardianships, Conservatorships and Living Wills. Members of our Elder Law Practice Group serve as counsel for a number of Hospitals and Nursing Homes in addressing their treatment consent and guardianship issues. James Braaten, Esq. is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and their Guardianship Practice Section.
