James Braaten, Esq. has participated in all phases of toxic tort litigation in New York State and New Jersey. Since 1994, he has devoted a considerable part of his practice to coordinating nationwide toxic tort defenses for clients in asbestos and silica related litigation.
Mr. Braaten’s clientele also includes a regional hospital system and affiliated nursing homes.
