Keith O'Connor, Esq. has extensive experience in mass tort litigation in New York. Prior to joining the firm he worked with one of New York's leading law firms involved in toxic tort claims pending throughout the country. Mr. O'Connor has managed settlement negotiations involving complex matters under New York's Worker's Compensation laws for third party recovery, as well as Medicare and third party claims. Mr. O'Connor has extensive knowledge of New York's Surrogates, Trust and Estates law, appearing before Surrogates across New York State in pending toxic tort claims involving asbestos exposure. Mr. O'Connor has acted as a liaison to the New York Surrogate's Courts, managing asbestos claims under the New York SCPA and EPTL. Mr. O'Connor's broad and extensive knowledge of various mass torts and their associated diseases make him a valuable addition to our team.
