Lisa M. Pascarella, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Toxic Tort and Product Liability Unit of the Firm. Her practice concentrates in the areas of products liability, mass torts and toxic tort matters. She is designated as both local and national counsel for several multi-national Fortune 500 companies. She also represents various product manufacturers, distributors, installers and suppliers in New York, New Jersey and corresponding Federal Courts. Ms. Pascarella has extensive experience in the litigation of claims involving heavy machinery, pharmaceuticals, devices, asbestos, silica, talc, benzene, mold and other chemical exposures. Ms. Pascarella has also litigated numerous environmental matters involving under ground storage tanks, hazardous waste, remediation and clean up.
