Matthew G. Broderson, Esq. is a senior associate in the mass tort/diet drug litigation unit. Mr. Broderson assists in the defense of various Fortune 500 companies and plays an active role in the firm’s litigation unit. He is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of model, master discovery responses throughout the country. In addition to his work on the national level, Mr. Broderson plays an intricate role in the defense of approximately 30,000 cases presently pending in New York and New Jersey. These aspects include, taking depositions, motion practice, court conferences and trial preparation.
