Thomas M. Toman, Jr., Esq. has extensive experience representing defendants in asbestos litigation in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toman litigated complex insurance coverage cases, product liability cases and construction fatalities. In addition, he has appeared before the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of a number of New Jersey’s largest school boards and municipalities. Mr. Toman served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the New York County District Attorneys Office from 1985 to 1998.
